a neuron is the longest cell of a body
in our body a mechanism is present when we observe some change around us then the electrical impulse generate by sense organ from where change is observed
then this electrical impulse travelled thrugh neurons to either cns or brain
which in turn give response to take suitable action on the change that happenes

neuron cell made up of dendrides which collects signal cellbody which encloses neucleus and nissels granuels is also present in cytoplasm axon longest portion covered by mylein sheath than ending synopse junction throgh which impulse traveeled into next neurons
