Convectional rainfall. Very common in areas where the ground is heated by the hot sun, such as the Tropics. This is why those areas experience heavy rainfalls most afternoons. The United Kingdom does experience some convectional rainfall during the summer, particularly in the South East of the country.

Heya!!
Here is your answer.
⭐
✨ Convectional rainfall is common in places with equitorial and tropical climates, where intense heating of the Earth's surface takes place during the day.
✨During the course of the day, the air above the land becomes heated. This makes the air less dense, so it rises.
✨As the air rises it cools. Since cool air cannot hold as much water vapour as warm air, condensation occurs.
✨Towering thunderstorms clouds ( ) clouds are formed.
✨When the weight of the water in these clouds becomes more than the cloud can hold, the water comes down as huge downpour.
⭐ Hope it helps you ⭐
