Considering Rajeshwari is the victim of the flood, here is the conversation in between the News Reporter and Rajeshwari.

News Reporter - Madam, what is your name? Could you please tell us what happened?

Rajeshwari - My name is Rajeshwari. I have been living in this place for 30 years. We have been having heavy rains for 4 days. And last we were all sleeping after cleaning our houses which has been filled with the rainwater. There was a sudden roar at around 3 am and the water started filling in our homes. The water levels went up very quickly. When we saw from the window, we saw water flowing on the streets like a river with household items flowing through it.

News Reporter - What do you think how many houses would have been destroyed?

Rajeshwari - Our neighbors went around and had a look and there have been talks that almost all the houses here have been washed out.

News Reporter - That is sad. Has there been any help from the Government?

Rajeshwari - Yes. The Air Force was the first to arrive and they scanned the whole situation. Then the army and Navy also came along with other government agencies and they provided blankets, packed food and water, blankets, medicines, and some extra clothes.

News Reporter - Was it sufficient for everyone?

Rajeshwari - No it was not. But still, we are all sharing. I haven't had food for 2 days now. I am waiting for the rescue operation team to come back soon.

News Reporter - There has been information that many people have been killed in these floods. Has there been any help?

Rajeshwari - The rescue teams came and searched all over. They found many corpses lying around and floating around. They have been taken to the nearby hospitals. The search operations are still going on. It is sad to see our people like that.

News Reporter - What would you suggest you would need immediately here for relief?

Rajeshwari - Although the basic needs have been provided, it is not enough still and we request the government and the agencies to send us more food, water, clothes, blankets, and medicines. Also, we request a permanent solution soon so that we do not have to face this situation ever again. Also, we request the government and the people to provide some monetary and emotional support during this crisis.

News Reporter - Thank you very much, Madam. We will definitely convey this message to the government and to the people and will make sure that the relief reaches the victims here soon.
