Conversation between salt and pepper
In one restaurant salt and pepper were best friend. One day salt was very sad.
Pepper: Hello salt, you seem very sad.
Salt: Yes, I am sad since I don’t have anything special in me. I have remained an ordinary thing for my whole life.
Pepper: That is absurd to say salt, you have your own importance.
Salt: Pepper mates, it is easy for you to say such things as you are extra-ordinary. You have always spiced up the food. While I have always remained ordinary.
Pepper tried to convince his friend salt that he is also important, but he was not ready to listen. So, Pepper got an idea. While playing hide and seek, with his friend salt, he intentionally locked him in the cupboard. Salt was very angry with his friend Pepper, he thought he was mocking him for being ordinary. But after few hours, he hears chatter that no one likes the food as there was no salt in it. Then Pepper came to Salt and said:
Pepper: See salt, no one likes the food because you were not there though it has every other spice in it. Without you, food has become tasteless.
Salt: Sorry mate, I have realized you were right. I am also important.
Moral: Things and People, no matter how ordinary and small they may seems have their own importance.
