According to Albert Einstein it is hypothetically explain that mass will convert in to energy if body posses it's velocity more then speed of light .

He given a methmatical formula

E = MC^2(where c is speed of light in veccum )

in this relation we see that speed of light is cinstant and energy is related to mass .

The law of conservation of energy states :

❝ Energy can niether be created nor destroyed but can change from one form to another.❞

Or the general definition is:

❝ The total energy of an isolated system remains constant over time❞

For example -- . When we use the brakes to stop a car, that kinetic energy is converted to thermal energy
