Temperature conversion

For converting from Fahrenheit to Celsius , we use the formula,

\textdegree C= \frac{5}{9}(\textdegree F-32)

We have to change 100 degree, so,

\textdegree C=\frac{5}{9}(100-32)=37.7

Hence 100° F is 37.7° C.

For converting from Celsius to Kelvin scale , we use the formula,

K= \textdegree C+273.15

We found out the 100 degree Fahrenheit to Celsius, now we will use that to convert to Kelvin,

K=37.7+273.15=310.9

Hence 100\textdegree F= 37.7\textdegree C= 310.9 K.
