Anonymous: we know that 1km = 1000 m and 1hr = 60 minutes and 1minute= 60 seconds , hence one hour = 60*60 seconds = 3600 seconds

Anonymous: now 1 km / hr = 1000m/3600s = 10/36m/s = 5/18m/s

Anonymous: multiply by 480 on both sides we get

Anonymous: 480 km/hr = 480*5/18 m/s

To convert km/h to m/s multiply 5/18.. 480km/h×5/18=133.33333m/s

pankhudi: multiplying by 5/18 is used only if we are converting from m/s to km/hr . can we use multiplying by 5/18 to convert other units like kg to g
