Initially Ethanol is treated with 95% of concentrated H2SO4 heated at 453 K gets converted into Ethene
Then Ethene is reacted with HF means hydrogen fluoride and it forms ethyl fluoride
and fluorine goes to that carbon atom which has less no of Hydrogen atoms (according to Markownikoff's rule)
