first,

is and ester ( alcohol+ carboxylic acid in presence of h2so4)

thus,

we need to convert C2H5Br to C2H5OH.

hydrolysis of ethyl bromide by aq. KOH or NaOH will give u alcohol.

Thus,

C2H5Br + KOH (aq.) ---------> C2H5OH + KBr

Now, form the ester by adding ch3cooh in presence of conc. h2so4

C2H5OH + CH3COOH ---------------> CH3COO-C2H5 + H2O
