We know that 1' = 60''

So, 30'' = 1/60 * 30 = 0.5'

Given,angle to find = 5° 37.5'

We know that  1° = 60'

Therefore 37.5' = 1/60 * 37.5

= 0.625°

So our angle is = 5.625°

We know that 1° = π / 180 radians

Hence, 5.625° = 5.625 x π/180

π =3.14,

So:

5.625 x 3.14 / 180

= 0.098125 radians

Hope it helps you mate.
