Multiply numerator and denominator by 10

=  21 * 10 / 105 * 10

Re write 10 as 5 * 2

= 21 * 5 * 2/ 105 * 10

Multiply 21 & 5

= 105 * 2 / 105 * 10

Cancel 105 from Numerator & denominator

= 2 / 10

= 0.2

21 /105  = 0.2
