less than 3 ---------5-------------- 0-3 -------------5

less than 6 -------------12--------------- 3-6--------------- 7

less than 9 ----------------25--------------- 6-9------------------- 13

less than 12 ----------------33--------------- 9-12------------------ 8

Steps: Just write the first frequency as it is

for second subtract CF2-CF1 = 12-5 =7

for third = 25-12 = 13

last =33-25 = 8
