--> Supposing that we're making only 1 cup of tea for non-diabetic Humans =_=

--> A cup of freshly drawn, cold water is taken in a Kettle. This water is brought to a gentle boil. After sufficient heating, tea leaves are added to it, and subsequently, the desired amount of sugar follows in. The tea is left to boil for a few minutes before assuming the perfect color. Now, the tea is ready. ✓✓

Just in case it's a Milk Tea =_= and not Green or Black one ....

--> A half cup of milk is taken in a Kettle to boil. Also, half a cup of water is added too. After a certain temperature, when the milky mixture ( whatever it's called ) boils, tea leaves are added along with a spoonful or two of Sugar. The Mixture is left to boil till the tea assumes it's Perfect Color. Now, the tea is ready ✓✓
