First write the ratio in the form of fraction that is numerator/denominator
Then multiply it by 100
And here is your answer
For example you have to convert the ratio 400:500 in %
First write in the form of fraction-400/500
Then multiply by 100--400/500×100
And after cancellation 80%will come.
