One kelvin = 273° c

So .

25° c = 273 + 25

= 298° c

373 = 373 + 273

= 646° c

1) 25°C

=> K = 25°C + 273

=> K = 298 K

2) 373°C

=> K = 373°C + 273

=> K = 646 K
