Here's your answer...

As ratio of their focal lengths 2:3=>one being 2x the other 3x.Then the relation for combined focal length as (1/F)={(1/F1)+(1/F2)}

=>1/30={1/(2x)+1/(-3x)}=>1/30=1/(6x)

=>x=5cm,so individual focal lengths are 2×5,3×5

Or 10cm and -15cm respectively.
