Cooking of ice at higher altitude just like in the place of a mountain or hills are difficult because in higher altitude the atmospheric pressure is very low and the another thing is that if the atmospheric pressure is very low that means the temperature also become very low due to less amount of oxygen or air present in the higher altitude. if the atmospheric pressure is lower than it also means that the boiling point also decreases or become lower.

So, it is very difficult to make or to cooking ice or food.
