hey mate here is ur answer it is because when
we hold the utensils from the handle and if handle is made up of iron then we cannot hold it and as iron just gets heated up and the body of the utensils are made up of iron so the heat can pass through it and the food can be made if handle will also be of iron and if it gets heated up we can burn
