When people tends to work more for their responsibilities, they invite stress in to their life. Coping them is really not an easy task. Hard and rocky relationship, family situations and unsatisfied jobs are considered as the most important reasons for someone's stress. Can't stress be stripped off from life? NO, actually, we can not ride off the stress from our life but we can stop them affecting us badly.

Take it easy and steady. If you do not like your job you are doing right now, then quit it  and have a job you like. Make some time for yourself, travel more frequently if you feel your stress level has reached its limit. Have some social conversation with friends. Stop spending time with mobile. Stick with the thing you love not with the things you like.

This state destroy's one's eye to see things protonically & indirectly it plays a measure role in the degradation of the minds power.

Literaturely, mind is the most important sex organ of human beings which they must know to control & use properly. Stress causes great headache & leads brain to stop thinking meaningful things. Stress also lead to a poor personality development & vice versa affects all the phases of human living.

In conclusion , one should not think much & practice mediation during stress. Mediation calls the mind & wipes out the nomination of mind stress.
