Copper is considered as a transition element though it has completely filled 3d orbitals.. Why?

because electronic configuration of copper is 1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 3s^2 3p^6 4s^1 3d^10 so even it filled 3d orbital but it didn't fill 4s orbital so it is a transition element
