Those electrolytes which dissociate completely in water are considered as strong electrolyte. Such electrolytes have 100% degree of dissociation at any dilution. For example H2SO4, HCl, etc
As CuSO4 dissociates completely to give Cu2+ ions and SO42-ions therefore it is a strong electrolyte
