Hey there !

Solution :

For 100 g of Copper Sulphate, 25.45 g is Copper. Therefore For 40 g of Copper Sulphate how much Copper is required ?

This can be solved by Ratio Method.

So, 100 g : 25.45 g : 40 g : ?

So 100 * x = 25.45 * 40

=> x = 25.45 * 40 / 100

=> x = 10.18 g

Therefore 40 g of Copper Sulphate will contain 10.18 g of Copper.

Hope it helped !
