➡Copper Sulphate Crystals lose their colour and turns white when heated strongly .

◾This is because when heated , they lose the water of Crystallization present in them .

◾CuSO4.5H2O is the formula for copper sulphate in Hydrated form . This compound on strong heating , looses the 5 molecules of water of Crystallization .

CuSO4.5H2O ------------------------------------------------- CuSO4 + 5H2O
[ On heating ]

◾When In Hydrated form , the crystals are Blue but on heating , they turn White in color .
