Solution

the volume of the large cube will be..

$= 4 {}^{3} + 5 {}^{3} + 3 {}^{3} \\ = 216 \: cm {}^{3}$

therefore..side of the cube...

$= \sqrt[3]{216} \\ = 6 \: cm$
