Hello everyone.

Today's topic is privatization will lead to less corruption. I think am agree with this statement privatisation will lead less corruption in comparison with government sector because the job of the government sector are secured by the labour act while in the private sector they are easy to hire and fire the employees. I think privatization is not a good solution of this problem. The government should make a partnership with the private sector. (public-private partnership) basically what is privatization?

Privatization is public-private partnership in which the private and government companies come together and to do a project effectively.

Benefits of privatization:

1. Less corruption: because employees have fear to lose our jobs.

2. Improving the working system of all department/sectors.

3. Employees give better performance.

4. Follow rules and regulation properly.

I think corruption leads everywhere in government sectors as well as private sector. So the peoples are becoming aware to take the right initiative to reduce these type of corruption activities.

Thank you.
