In order to tranlate in the graph, you just have to add the translation to the point in the graph.
The point C is located in the graph in the coordenates (-2,-3).
Remember that the X axis is the horizontal and the Y axis is the vertical.
Now the triangle will be translated 6 units to the right, this is horizontal, meaning in the X axis, and as it is to the right, the number will be positive.
Now to find the Y we know that the triangle will be translated 1 unit up, since it is up in the vertical axis that means that that unit will be positive.
And with that we have the new coordinates of C:
(4,-2)
