P(x) = 3k^2 + (2k + 1)x-k+5

P(x)=3(-6)^2+(2(-6)+1)x-(-6)+5

P(x)=3(12)+(-12+1)x+6+5

P(x)=36+(-11)x+11

P(x)=36-11x+11

P(x)=25-11x

I hope it's help you
