The first polynomial can be factorized as

 10  (  x  -  1  )  (  x  +  1  )

and the next Polynomial can be factorized as

 15  (   x  +  1 )  ( x  + 1 )³  ( 2 x  +  3 )

Hence the Highest common Factor is

 (  x  +  1 )
