E200 sorbic acid:occurs naturally in fruits,used as preservatives,it inhabits fungal growth but allows for bacterial activity
E201 sodium sobate:sodium salt of sorbic acid used as preservatives.
and others are-salt ,vinegar,sugar,citrus etc.
