O2 is a paramagnetic molecule. The last two electrons are added in antibonding orbitals. Addition of electron in antibonding orbitals lead to unstability whereas removal of electron results into stability.

The bond order of O2 is 2

The bond order of O2+ is 2.5 (Removal of electron has resulted in increase in stability and bond order)

The bond order of O2- is 1.5 (Addition of electron has resulted in decrease in stability and bond order)

The bond length for stronger bond is shorter,

SO THE FINAL ANSWER WOULD BE,

O2- > O2 > O2+
