Due to common ion (hereCl-) effect (which tells that in presence of strong electrolyte, if weak electrolyte is dissolved then its solubility further decrease if both the electrolytes contains same ion)

Now NH3 can be in the form NH4+ and so it will combine with Cl- to form NH4Cl salt and so it inhances the solubiltitof AgCl
