•feet are flat on the floor (or a step stool or a stack of books)

•knees are at the same level as the hips

arms, bent at the elbow, rest on the table top

•shoulders are relaxed, not scrunched up toward the ears

Correct posture-

Flexion at the hips with an upright back.

Strait on positioning so that the student is square to the desk.

Legs parallel and in neutral position.

Feet flat on the floor.

Dominant arm slightly abducted at the shoulder with the elbow flexed.
