The last time I saw him, he was getting on to a bus, licking an ice cream.

The guy was perhaps hooked on to a vanilla make.

He was fully oblivious about how the co-passengers in the bus were oggling at him.

They have hardly seen a guy jumping on with an ice cream in hand. he seemed to be relishing the ice cream in gay abandon.
