Most of the tribals are engaged in agricultural activities. So with the change of seasons they do sowing, harvesting, etc. The depletion of forest changes in the environment which can affect assets, activities or outcomes. Poor households is risky so they adopt coping strategies to protect their livelihoods. The consumption needs for whole years are partially build up during peak seasons.

With the changing of seasons, occupations of tribal communities were changed. With the arrival of winter, they came to low hills because there is a shortage of water in high hills in winter. They do cattle farming, diary farming , etc.
