cos62/sin28

=cos (90-28)/sin 28

=sin28/sin 28

=1

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \sin(90 -  \alpha )  \\  \cos(28)  =  \sin(90 - 28)  =  \sin(62)
hence
 \frac{ \cos(28) }{ \sin(62) }  \\  =  \frac{ \sin(62) }{ \sin(62) }  \\  = 1
