 \frac{ { \cos( \alpha ) }^{3} }{ { \sin( \alpha ) }^{3} }  = 0
 { \cos( \alpha ) }^{3}  = 0(  { \sin( \alpha ) }^{3} )
 { \cos( \alpha ) }^{3}  = 0
 \sqrt[ {3}]{ { \cos( \alpha ) }^{3} } =  \sqrt[3]{0}
 \cos( \alpha )  = 0
 \cos( \alpha )  =  \cos( {90}^{o} )
 \alpha  =  {90}^{o}
