f(x)=cosx is an decreasing function over x€[0,90]

that means on increasing x , f(x) decreases over given interval so that cos3°>cos30°

but cos 30°>cos3°

cos3=-0.98999

cos30=0.86602

so cos 30°>cos3°

hope this helps you
