we know that,

cos a=sin(90-a)

thus,

=>sin (90-(3x-10))=sin (3x-20)

=>90-3x+10=3x-20

=>100+20=6x

=>x=120/6

=20

thus,the angles are:

3*20-10=50

and

3*20-20=40
