a/q angle should be in 4th quadrant.

cos \alpha  = 0.6

then

sin \alpha  =  -  \sqrt{1 -  {0.6}^{2} }  =  - 0.8 =  -  \frac{4}{5}

tan \alpha  =  -  \frac{0.8}{0.6}  =  -  \frac{4}{3}

cot \alpha  =  -  \frac{3}{4}

sec \alpha  =  \frac{1}{0.6}  =  \frac{5}{3}

find these values in question, you will get answer.
