by pythogores theoram (h)sq.=(p)sq.+(b)sq.
then you can got p

cosA = 2/5 = b/h
by pythagoras theorem 
   h^2 = p^2 + b^2
   5^2 = p^2 + 2^2
    25  =  p^2 + 4
   p^2 =  21
                      4+4tan^2A
                      4+ 4 * 21/4
                      4+21
                      25
