I hope that angles here are  in degrees

 1).cosec(90-A) = Sec(2A-36)

   implies

sec(90-A) = Sec(2A-36)

assuming  both quantities as positive ( it doesn't effect )

2). we know ,  Secant  is positive in first and fourth quadrant

 2A).     So for first quadrant

A=2A-36      this gives us A = 36

2B).    for fourth quadrant

   360-A=2A-36    this gives us   A = 132
