Answer-
tan theta = √5/2
Explanation-
cosec (90-theta) =2/3
since, cosec(90-theta)= sec theta
therefore, sec theta=2/3
draw a triangle in which hypotenuse is 3 , and base is 2. since, sec theta = hypotenuse/ base
Now, from Pythagoras theorem, h²= p²+b²
so, putting the values we get perpendicular = √5
now from tan theta =perpendicular /base
so, tan theta =√5/2
