We know that Cosec² x - Cot² x = 1

=>

{Cosec x - Cot x } × {Cosec x + Cot x } = 1

Becoz a² - b² = ( a + b ) × ( a - b )

=>

{1/5 } × { Cosec x + Cot x } = 1

=>

{ Cosec x + Cot x } = 5
