Answer:

10x + 5y = 2000 (eq 1 )

5y = 2000 - 10x

y = 2000 - 10x ÷ 5

y = 400 - 10x

putting value of y in eq 1

10x + 5( 400 - 10x) = 2000

10x + 2000 - 50x = 2000

2000 - 40x = 2000
