1 litre equals to 167/2*7/26*1

1 litre of oil costs RS 22.48

Cost of one litre of oil =Rs.\frac{167}{2}÷\frac{26}{7}

=\frac{167}{2}*\frac{7}{26}

=\frac{1169}{52}

=Rs. 22.49
