Let the cost of 1 bucket &1 mug be x & y respectively
8x+5y=92.....a
5x+8y=77......b
Mulyiplying equation a by 5 & equation b by 8,we get
40x+25y=460......c
40x+64y=616.......d
Subtracting eq. c from eq. d
We get
39y=156
y=156/39=4
Substituting the value of y in equation.a we get
8x+5(4)=92
8x=92-20=72
x=72/8=9
Cost of 2 mugs & 3 buckets=
3x+2y=3(9)+2(4)=27+8=35
8x+5y=92.....a
5x+8y=77......b
