Travelling cost = Rs 230

Total cost price (c.p) = Ra5250

Selling price (s.p) = Rs 6090

Now ,

s.p > c.p

he gets profit .

gain (g) = s.p - c.p

= 6090 - 5250

= Rs 840

gain % = (g × 100)/c.p

= (840 × 100 )/5250

= 8400/525

= 16

Therefore,

gain = 16%
