Let, the C.P. of 1 banana be, 'x'

∴ The C.P. of 18 bananas = (18*x)=18x

∴ The C.P. of 24 bananas =(x*24)

                                           = 24x

By condition, The S.P. of 24 bananas is = 18x

∴Loss=(24x-18x)

          = 6x

∴Loss%(6x*100)24x

           = (1*100)/4

           = 25%
