Cost price of an article for a shopkeeper is Rs 3000. Shopkeeper marked its as Rs 4000. He allows some discount on the marked price still gains 20%. What percent discount does he allow to the customer?

cp=3000
mrp=4000
profit %=20

sp=3000*120/100=3600

so discount =4000-3600=400

discount %=400/4000*100 =10%
