Cost price of the AC is 35000 rupees shopkeeper wants to earn 30% profit on it calculate selling Price. Further if the 10% tax is imposed on it find the price paid by customer.​

  • S.P - 100 +30/100 × 35000
  • = 45, 500( this is the amount without tax, or in simple the price that the shopkeeper will tell the customer)

100 +10/100 ×45,500 ( I wrote 10 here because the tax percentage is given as 10%)

RS.=50,050

therefore the final amt. to be paid - rs. 50,050.
